Directions for use

Turn intake into your daily step towards stronger and thicker hair. Take 2 tablets daily with a little water or other liquid, preferably during or immediately after a meal. For optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend a course of at least two to three months. For perfect and comprehensive care (In & Out approach), combine with BioKap Anticaduta strengthening shampoo and ampoules or lotion. (Note: The product is not recommended for women of childbearing age and for individuals of both sexes in pre-puberty).
